Hiring Process: Face to Face Interview.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining industrial harmony within the department and resolution of shop floor grievances. He/ She would act as an interface between the Management and Employees. He/ She would be responsible for maintaining statutory records, ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labor laws and implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management.
• Manpower Planning
Preparation and discussion of the proposal with management and Union and implementation of the same. Forecast the natural vacancies and filling up the same within agreed timeline.
• Training & Development
To improve the skill mix of the employees with desired skill-set commensurate with the job requirement and change in technology to meet the demands of the shop through training and development of individuals for enhancing employees productivity
• Redressal of Grievances
Maintaining shop floor discipline and prompt completion and resolution of employee grievances
• Management of Industrial Relations
Managing monthly Joint Departmental Council, Head – Union Committee Member meetings and its compliances, managing Joint Consultation Forums
Drive and instill behavioral change towards safety at work place to achieve zero accident

• Post Graduate Diploma/MBA in Human Resources
• 3-4 year experience in plant IR,good understanding of Labour Laws,handling grievances,wage negotiation,exposure to handling legal cases,understanding of Contract Management Act.
• Applicants with industrial field experience will be preferred
**Candidates fluent in “marathi” will be given preference**
